Explanation and reassurance provided to patient
2. Anesthesia Maintenance
Continuous monitoring of ECG, SpO₂, EtCO₂, NMT, AoA
Infusion site visible and checked regularly
AoA indicators interpreted correctly
Team communication open; concerns are addressed
3. Anesthesia Emergence
Extubation only after TOF ≥ 90%, spontaneous breathing
Emergence plan communicated with team ('10 for 10')
PACU handover complete and clear
